Questions
Does the script change anything or read my data?
No. It only reads system views and the backup history in msdb. It never reads table contents and changes nothing. You can open it and check every line before running it.
Where do the results go?
Nowhere. The analysis runs in your browser: the result is never sent to our servers.
Which versions are supported?
SQL Server 2016 SP2 or later, Standard, Enterprise and Express editions. For older versions or for PostgreSQL, there is the full health check.
How is this different from the paid health check?
The free check runs about 30 automatic tests. The €1,490 health check is done by a senior DBA: 80+ checks, Query Store, Always On, a real restore test, a written report and a walkthrough call.
Want a full review by a DBA?
The fixed-price health check goes beyond automatic tests: in five working days you know what is slow, what is at risk and what to fix first.
