We do not access or process personal data stored inside your internal systems automated by our agents. In those cases, you remain the data controller and are responsible for any personal data processed by your systems.   • strict access controls and role separation

  • isolated agent execution environments

  • continuous monitoring

  • regular audits and vulnerability assessments

Autonomous agents and encrypted execution components are designed so that we cannot read or access confidential content processed locally inside your systems.

Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary:

  • account and billing data: up to 10 years

  • agent execution and audit logs: up to 6 months

  • security and monitoring alerts: up to 12 months

  • support communication: up to 12 months

You may request deletion earlier where legally permitted.
