Your data is hosted on servers physically located in Bulgaria, Czechia, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Hungary, Sweden, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, Hong Kong, Switzerland and protected by:

  • Encrypted data storage (at rest and in transit).

  • Strict firewall and access controls.

  • Isolation of customer environments (per-instance).

  • Regular security audits and backups.

BlackBox services are specifically designed for end-to-end encrypted backup — we have no access to your encrypted content.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Account and billing data: up to 10 years (for legal/tax compliance).

  • Service usage logs: up to 6 months (for abuse prevention).

  • Support messages: up to 12 months.

You may request earlier deletion of your data, subject to legal exceptions.
